The staff were absolutely incredible, always attentive, helpful and super friendly. The Auberge restaurant was mind-blowing for both breakfast and supper. The ski hire shop was conveniently located close to our apartment. The pool and spa facilities were amazing, and our chalet was situated in a nice quiet area perfect for families. The free shuttle bus was a jaw-dropping bonus, stopping right outside reception. There were plenty of good restaurants and ski hire shops nearby. The view from our balcony was absolutely stunning. The apartment had plenty of dishes and cutlery, and we loved the convenient pack of dishwashing liquid and sponges. The ski resort itself was fantastic, with tons of activities for both skiers and non-skiers. There was plenty of space in our apartment for the four of us, and it was great to have a kitchen equipped with a good fridge, oven, and microwave. The beds were super comfy, and having access to the spa was a game-changer. The undercover car park was another fantastic bonus. The onsite shops made it easy to rent ski equipment and the Sherpa shop had everything we needed for delicious home-cooked meals in the apartment. The Cabane restaurant on site blew us away with its exceptional New Year's Eve menu and chef. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Despite being at the top of the resort, the free shuttle bus was incredibly handy, especially with little ones in tow. We were amazed by the reception staff, who were not only incredibly friendly but also extremely helpful. The apartment was a great size, the beds were super comfy, and the kitchen was well-equipped.

The ski-in-ski-out access saved us so much time. The spa facilities were amazing, and we never had to wait. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Plus, the location was perfect, with ski rental and a shop just steps away. Highly recommend!
Strongly recommend this hotel.

Great pool and spa facilities, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. the location of the chalet was ideal, close to good restaurants and ski rental shops. the shuttle bus made it easy to get around. the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Plenty of dishes and cutlery provided, and there was even a convenient pack of dishwashing supplies. the ski resort had plenty to offer, whether you were skiing or not.
The check-in process was slow and could have been more efficient. It would have been better if they allowed guests to check in earlier to avoid long queues.

our second stay in val thorens exceeded expectations as les balcons made our wedding celebration unforgettable. amazing balcony views, friendly staff, and convenient location near a supermarket. perfect for a group of 4 with 2 bathrooms and great amenities like a hairdryer and dishwasher tablets. the kids loved the swimming pool too.
Uncomfortable beds with only one pillow each.

Niets verwerpelijks, alles was uitstekend.

We had a great value for our money at Les Balcons in Val Thorens, with a good apartment and easy ski out access. The staff was super friendly and helpful, from the reception to the restaurant. The on-site supermarket had a good selection and the pool and spa area was beautiful. The kitchen in the apartment was well equipped and the mattresses were very comfy. Plus, the view of the slopes from our room was amazing.
The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if they had a wider variety of breakfast options.

The location of the accommodation was fantastic, being close to the slopes but away from the noisy bars. It was just a short walk into the center, which was really convenient. the free use of the spa and swimming pool was a great added bonus, allowing us to relax and unwind after a day on the slopes. the staff were also very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
There were a few aspects that could have been better. the pull-out bed was uncomfortable and difficult to sleep on, and the cooker and microwave were not user-friendly.
